2002 Jaguar X Type
3 weeks after I drove the car out of the dealership, my Jaguar got side swiped
by another vehicle. My car has been in the auto shop for 3 months. I repeat, 3
months. During this time, the auto body has been waiting for Jaguar to provide
the parts necessary to fix the car. Jaguar now, after 3 months of doing god nows
what, came to the decision that they will not provide the part and that I should
claim the car "as a total loss". They expect my insurance company to total a car
worth over $35,000 over a part that costs about $1,000. They expect everyone
else to pay for their inability to provide parts for their cars. How the hell do
they get away with it?

My car sucks for the
exact same reason the other guy ahead of me listed. Car has been in the shop for
over 3 months now. Body work was done over a month ago but now it sits at a
Jaguar dealer waiting for 5 weeks for a seatbelt relay or something. Car is
leased so Jaguar takes my money and gives me nothing. They finally offered to
pay for a rental car 2 weeks ago. I wish they would total this car so I can find
a car that is supported by its maker.
