2002 GMC Envoy
I have a 2002 GMG Envoy, fully loaded. For the past few months I have gone
through all of the Better Business Bureau's hoo la. What this whole thing
boils down to is that I have fifteen things wrong within the first six
months of ownership. I fill out the on line forms and send it to the BBB
for an arbitration hearing.
Later I find out that only the car manufacturers and the car dealers
belong to the BBB. They put on a good show. The just of it is that BBB
stands up for the car manufacturer and dealer. You are simply wasting your
time to even bother.
The final ruling was that the car manufacturer still has time left on the
warranty in order to try and fix the truck.
My opinion is that GMC, Bently Pontiac/GMC in Huntsville, Alabama and the
Better Business Bureau "SUCKS".
