Why My Car Sucks
I have a 1978 Mercury Zephyr The POS sucks, and i love it first off, it doesnt always start. sometimes, it just clicks a bunch of times and then i have to get out of the car and move the air filter around or tighten in down to get it to stop all the while yelling F*** F*** I HATE MY F***ING CAR!!!!. Now to driving. My rear view mirror doesnt stay in one spot. When i make a turn, it moves a little, and since you make alot of turns, the rear view mirror ends up moving alot. I have no blinker. Thing worked when i got the car, about 2 weeks after i got it, left stopped working, then after a month so did right. Now when i touch the blinker thing it just moves up loosely and falls right back down. You know how when you drive, at a stoplight, you press the gas, and the car goes? Not mine. I have to press my gas pedal then release, then press, then release, then pump it till i get enough rpm and enough gas in the carb that the thing wont die. After EVERY STOP. I'm always running out of every kind of fluid. When i change the oil, the next day, i hit a red and my brakes go out, i have to pull into a gas station and check and learn im out of brake fluid. Then a few days later, steams comin out the engine and i figure out i got no coolant. Lucky i got some of that in the trunk. It's like a cycle. I put in a different fluid in at least once a week. My windows fog up. Every morning, every night. If i didnt wake up at like 2 every day, this would piss me off alot more. My air conditioning pump is frozen, so defrost doesnt do a whole lot. I keep an old shirt on the passenger side floor for when i cant see out any window. But i pretty much LOVE my car, and i'd die without it. I paid $420 dollars for this beast, off ebay.
